This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here for a Mom’s weekend away and can’t say enough about how perfect the place and the host is! It’s clean, peaceful, comfortable with all the amenities you can think of! The hot tub, multiple fire pits, pool table, and darts made our weekend. Pam is so responsive and checked in on us to make sure our stay was pleasant and without incident. Can’t wait to book it again!

Great from the beginning. Festive lights and a a smiling Yeti to greet us! Front deck with fire burner. Back deck with cover, multiple chairs and again festive lights. Huge hot tub. Fire laid in a fire pit with extra firewood. Inside we wanted for nothing. Every detail was well thought out. The fire place in the big bedroom was wonderful as well as the one in the livingroom. The sun lights were amazing. Game room was fun. We were busy with a huge family wedding/reunion. So nice to come back and rest and enjoy. Would love to come back.

Stayed for a ladies’ weekend from Madison, just a 90 minute drive for us. Only left the property to hike on the (super close) Ice Age Trail. The hot tub, sauna, game room, well-appointed kitchen, and covered front deck with fire table were all fantastic. It felt like a retreat, with so many thoughtful extra touches; and Pam was a pleasure to deal with. We’ll be back on a regular basis!

Pam was a fantastic host, she was very friendly and quick to answer any questions I had. The house was beautiful and had every amenity we needed.
In addition, the place was easy to find. There were some great local spots to go along with the place being a blast to stay at!
I will definitely be renting this place out again! Great job Pam!

We had a fantastic get away from the city and made use of the spacious backyard to play some of the provided games, grill dinner, eat smores around the camp fire, and stargaze.
We stayed one night and really would need another night or two to take full advantage of the property.
We'll have to come back for a longer stay in the future!

Our stay at The Pines was fantastic! The place was immaculate, and the host ensured that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very well-equipped. The host kindly stopped by to clean the hot tub during our stay. The yard was beautiful, incredibly relaxing, and peaceful. The hot tub and sauna became our favorite way to unwind at the end of the day. I give this place 5 stars! We will definitely plan another trip to The Pines!

Booking this place made me feel like the hero of the my friend group! Everyone loved the accommodations, and the first time we walked through the house, with each new room and feature we’d say “Wow, Pam thought of EVERYTHING!”
I’d tell you about the surrounding area more—but between the beautiful, comfortable home, and all of the amenities offered on the property, we really only made time to hit a single state park.
If we’re able to get our group schedule to line up for another trip next year, the first rental availability we’re going to check is Pam’s Perfect Place.

We had a wonderful time here. We loved the spacious backyard. There was a very nice space to make a campfire and the stars were very visible! We enjoyed this place a lot and loved the privacy.
